Mailer Requirements

The mailer must pay postage with a Permit Imprint.

The mailer must have a Manifest Mailing System authorization letter (or previously-approved service agreement) as set forth in DMM 705.2.0.

Mailings must meet applicable weight and/or volume permit imprint and manifesting requirements.
Technical Requirements
